There is no such policy or need for one as there is only one Taiwan. There is no controversy about that. The One-China -Policy, however, is a different story.
因為只有一個台灣，所以沒有這樣的政策的存在或需要，這無爭議可言。然而，「一個中國政策」則是另外一回事。
