[154-7] Refugee (Republic) Network, 2016
A worldwide network, connecting refugee camps via various technologies, could facilitate an experimental, trans-global, supra-territorial state for refugees to represent themselves. The nodes of this network indicate the site of refugee camps: small nodes represent camps of 25,000 refugees or less; medium nodes are 25,000 to 75,000; and large nodes represent more than 75,000 refugees in a camp.
